CO-FOUNDER & SCIENTIFIC DIRECTOR
Andrea is a researcher specializing in nature-based solutions and business strategy. She holds a Dual Master from Hult International Business School and has a certification in Systems Thinking. Andrea leads a global Yoga & Mindfulness community and has worked with Media and CleanTech startups to design cultural and environmental transformations. With a background in veterinary medicine, she blends biology, ancient wisdom, and Life-Centered Design to co-create regenerative futures.

Daniel Camilo Delgado
CO-FOUNDER & DREAM ORCHESTRATOR
Daniel is a leader and entrepreneur specializing in regenerative ventures and project management. He is completing a degree in Business Administration at EAN University and serves as Vice President of EAN's SandBox Lab. Daniel founded a food production venture in 2015 and created a fintech for alternative investments using blockchain technology in 2017. While studying Regenerative Entrepreneurship at UCI Costa Rica, he discovered Regenerative Finance and co-founded ReFi Collective with Andrea.

Genaro Feijóo Morales
INNOVATION DIRECTOR
Genaro holds degrees in Psychology and Anthropology from Los Andes University, specializing in economic anthropology and consumer psychology. He has extensive experience in strategic consulting and innovation, working on brand positioning and user loyalty programs in banks. Genaro applies methodologies like Design Thinking, Scrum, and distributed ethnographies to drive participatory social innovation and has worked with diverse industries to implement these strategies effectively. He co-founded NCM Colombia, a MineTech startup.
